A truly special place with an enchanting view of the medieval ruins of a castle built in the late sixties and then transformed into an artist’s studio by a great Central European sculptor who together with an architect conceived a system of “modules”, or units, made of immense sliding-glass walls that can open or close, through a system of guides, and shade the loft by means of steel grids. The modern concept that underlies the restructuring of this particular holiday villa allows the countryside and the surrounding nature to be present within the spacious rooms of the house. This villa for rent in Tuscany is one of the rare examples of modern and visionary architecture in the area, a contemporary interpretation of living in these lands that not only respects the beauty of nature but even places it on a pedestal.

It is a modern loft of 220 square meters in total with immense glass walls that harmoniously integrate its interior to the Tuscan landscape and the surrounding private garden.
At the center of the living room, there is a beautiful open fireplace with modern lines, the work of an Australian artist. High design furniture, a fully stocked kitchen, and a private wine cellar make this 122 sqm apartment a contemporary atmosphere with a unique atmosphere.
Two bedrooms, each with a bathroom with rain shower, make the villa …………… the ideal accommodation for 4 people. From the two bathrooms there is access to a bathtub, 2 meters long and 1 meter wide, and to an outdoor shower. The infinity pool has its own private bathroom, located within a small tower. Next to it is a former container turned into a sauna.
Design furniture and contemporary art sculptures are scattered everywhere and close to the 20-meter long infinity pool, located in the large garden.
Next to the loft, there is an open space where you can organize meetings (business), parties …
