• Non-Refundable Booking Deposit: 30% of the total rental charge for bookings made more than 8 weeks before the letting period (when the full accommodation balance plus a refundable security deposit is due)
• Refundable Security Deposit: 20% of the Nightly Rate charged (to be paid with the accommodation balance)
