This luxury villa for rent in Tuscany is an oasis of enchantment and beauty nestled in the Maremma countryside.
The villa reflects the taste and elegance of the owners: a modern construction with historical details of the local culture elegantly mixed.
The outdoor area includes a uniquely designed organic orchard and vegetable garden, published in one of the most prestigious magazines in the field.

The large pool is infinity-edge and Around the pool are relaxation areas, with comfortable chaise lounges and shaded areas to rest and enjoy the view.

On the patio behind the villa, there is a large carob tree and a play area with a ping-pong table and pinball machine.

To make these delightful convivial spaces enjoyable, the outside is adorned with an area with comfortable sofas, a large kitchen with barbecue and fireplace, and pergolas covered with natural reeds.

Inside, the design is particularly careful, creating a magic of light achieved by the villa’s sun exposure and orientation. The east side welcomes the first rays of the sun into the spacious living room, while the west side filters the vermilion sunset lights with a warm and enveloping effect.

Details

The large living room, about 10 meters high with a ceiling of large wooden beams left exposed as a local tradition, creates an incredibly comfortable convivial area with sofas in soft natural linen, with a dining room and a restored antique pool table.

The gray Cement floor, reminiscent of old country floors , is harmoniously juxtaposed with bleached oak wood flooring.

On the same level is a large, very functional kitchen with state-of-the-art accessories and a view of the beautiful hills visible from every angle.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, grill, 5 burner stove, oven, dishwasher, and a large refrigerator. In the center is a table for 14 diners.

Upstairs, connected by an iron staircase, is a second living area with home cinema equipped with 55′ curved flat-screen TV.

Each room has a panoramic view of the hills. All rooms are bright thanks to the large number of windows and French doors.

The two ground-floor rooms have independent access to outdoor spaces and have dedicated verandas with comfortable sun loungers.

Two rooms are dedicated to relaxation and fitness: a heated indoor pool and a gym equipped with Technogym machines and a large plasma screen.

The prices include

– Welcome basket;
– Pool and garden maintenance;
– Daily housekeeping (Mon-Sat);
– Daily cook (Mon-Sat) for grocery shopping, breakfast (9 am -10.30 am), lunch (noon -13.30 pm), and three dinner preparations ( 7 pm-9 pm); the days can be chosen by the client.

Food and beverage costs are always excluded!

The dinner at the client’s arrival will be always cold. Please, ask your clients to express their preferences in advance.

Extra costs

During the winter season, the Villa’s Heating has an extra of 500 euros per week.
INDOOR SWIMMING POOL is extra and costs 1.500 euros per week.. This service must be requested at least 30 days in advance. The pool is open from 9 am untile 7 pm.
FINAL CLEANING will be 400 euros. Please send this cost separately from the rate or paid cash on-site. Otherwise, if sent within the rate it will be 500 euros.
STAFF ROOM apartment for max 2 people available upon request. It costs 1.350 euros per week and no cleaning service is included.
EXTRA DINNER can be requested by the client. They will cost 100 euros per dinner (plus food and beverages cost).
FRIDGE PRE-STOCK SERVICE will cost 80 euros, upon request.
LATE CHECK-IN :
– after 7 pm costs 50 euros,
– after 9 pm 100 euros
– after 11 pm 150 euros.
IN-HOUSE CONCIERGE SERVICE is available as an Extra upon request (weekly 1200 euros).

Good to know

– SECURITY DEPOSIT: Euro 3000,00
From October until May check is allowed during the week also for a minimum stay of 3 days.
ROOM CLEANING from 9.30 am until 1 pm (Mon-Sat). On August the 15th the staff is usually off for a national holiday.
LAUNDRY ROOM is not available by the client.

CHECK IN AND OUT. From June until the end of September CHECK-IN will be always on Saturday from 4 pm until 7 pm.
CHECK OUT by 10.00 am

The clients can ask our housekeeper to wash their private items (maximum twice a week). It’s not possible to wash their items daily.
No ironing service was provided.
PRIVACY AND NOISE
The property location guarantees full privacy. We have only other two close properties and no noise comes from the neighbors.

The villa is easily reached by train from Rome, within a few hours, so spending the whole day in the eternal city, Rome, is an easy thing to do having Villa Raiki as your base.
Nearby, on the other hand, is Capalbio, a medieval village with priceless treasures among its narrow streets.

Capalbio, in southern Maremma, has over the years become a destination for elite tourism, attracted by the charming atmosphere among the village’s narrow streets and the beautiful beaches of Chiarone, Macchiatonda and la Torba. Even Giacomo Puccini, the well-known composer of Boheme or Tuandot, loved to take refuge in these lands, especially to go hunting.

Surroundings
The nature reserve surrounding the shores of Lake Burano, a WWF reserve where birdwatching can be practiced at different times of the year.
Castiglione della Pescaia and Porto Santo Stefano, both highly recommended for enjoying the villages overlooking the sea.
Garavicchio, with the fascinating work of the Tarot Garden, created by the great artist Niki de Saint Phalle and inspired by Gaudi’s Park Güell in Barcelona.
The natural hot-water spas of Saturnia about 40 km away.
Orbetello and Talamone, the latter an ideal place to practice or learn wind and sea sports such as windsurfing and kitesurfing.
