Villa Olimpo, recently renovated, is on two floors, with panoramicterraces overlooking the surrounding greenery and the crater of the volcano, and is immersed in a magnificent garden of 5000 square meters, terraced, with the typical shape of an amphitheater. On the ground floor there is a large living room with a fireplace, a kitchen with a central island equipped with all accessories, fourbedrooms each with a private bathroom, a courtesy bathroom, and a laundry room.

Upstairs there is a bedroom with private bathroom and exclusiveaccess to the terrace, and a mini apartment, with independentaccess, consisting of two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room with open kitchen.

Each room overlooks the garden or the swimming pool, which islocated in the center of the garden, complete with a hot tub and a small beach overlooking the volcano

In the grounds, filled with trees that provide cooling shade, thereis a small soccer field and a play area with foosball table and ping-pong table.

The patio surrounding the house has a table, adjacent to the kitchen, set up for 14 guests.
