Good to know

RENTAL: Saturday to Saturday (unless under separate negotiation). Arrival time is between 3 pm/7 pm.
Late check-in fee euro 50/hour for any arrival after 7 pm
Check out before/by 10 am.
PETS: If authorized by the proprietor, at a fee of euro 50 per pet per night.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: Euro 5,000 to be held by the travel agent to cover breakage, damage to the property, and any unpaid household bills. This deposit shall be refundable, after the deduction of any unpaid charges within 14 days for the last day of the visit.
FOOD ALLOWANCE: Euro 1500 to be paid in cash upon arrival
