On the upper floor of our chalet, immerse yourself in a unique atmosphere. From the 90 m² terrace, enjoy the imposing Sassolungo while the lounge seating invites you to serene moments under the spell of the Dolomites. In the living room with a home cinema corner, enriched by the warmth of an elegant fireplace, you will find the perfect balance of luxury and relaxation. The dining room, elegant and with large windows opening to enchanting views, is the ideal place for memorable dinners. The modern, fully equipped kitchen, alongside the guest bathroom, completes the living space with refinement.
On the ground floor, you will find three double bedrooms, each equipped with a TV, an elegant en-suite bathroom with a large shower, WC, bidet, double sink, cosmetic mirror, and hairdryer, one of which features an elegant bathtub. The generous glass windows are the heart of this home, creating fluid spaces that seamlessly blend the interior with the expansive terrace, allowing you to immerse yourself in the natural surroundings. On the lower floor of our chalet, experience total relaxation. A bedroom with a private bathroom offers a personal retreat, while the private spa features a hot tub, sauna, steam bath, and sensory shower for moments of pure relaxation. Indulge on the Zero Body bed, enjoy a rejuvenating massage in the dedicated room, or keep fit in the fitness room equipped with Technogym machinery and space for yoga. With its elegant billiards, roulette, and Oculus VR, the leisure area promises entertainment and fun. Our private bar welcomes you with a selection of fine wines. For your convenience, the private garage, with charging facilities for electric cars, is available for secure and easy parking.

The multifunctional outdoor hot tub, among comfortable sun loungers and a welcoming relaxation area, awaits an oasis of tranquility. The external stream adds a further touch of refinement.
