Chalet Sud Tyrol boasts exceptional services and breathtaking views of the Dolomites.  Completely renovated in 2021, this upscale chalet comfortably sleeps eight guests in its four bedrooms. Larger groups (up to twelve) can utilize the adjacent chalet; please inquire for details.

Details

This sophisticated chalet features a spacious living area with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and four luxurious suites, each with a private bathroom. Every bedroom and the living area offer breathtaking panoramic views. A dedicated entertainment room includes a surround-sound system, pool table, darts, a bar, and a home theater equipped with an X-Box and Netflix. A private wellness area is complete with a combination sauna, infrared sauna, sensory shower, a relaxing area with panoramic views, and an outdoor jacuzzi. A private ski and boot room is conveniently located on the lower level.

Guests also enjoy direct access, via a connecting ground-floor door, to the shared amenities of the adjacent exclusive Boutique Hotel. This intimate luxury hotel, with a limited number of rooms and carefully selected guests, offers an indoor/outdoor heated pool, Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, water beds, infrared loungers, and an ice fountain. Spa treatments, massage services, a fitness center, and a wine cellar are also available.

A security deposit of €3.000

A security deposit of €3.000 will be held for a week longer than the duration of the booking and the cost of replacement or repair of any damages incurred during the stay will be deducted and the remaining returned to the guests.

Payment terms:
A deposit of 30% not refundable of the total cost is required at the time of booking in order to confirm the reservation. The reservation is to be considered confirmed only when you have received written confirmation that the deposit has been received.

The balance must be received 90 days before the arrival date.
Cancellation policies for clients
– 90 to 45 days prior to arrival: 80% of the total booking cost
– 44 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of the total booking cost
These charges are a percentage of the total cost of the booking balance.
All cancellations must be made in writing.

-Children must be supervised at all times when in or around the Jacuzzi, pool, sauna and near to the natural fires around the house
-It is not permitted to take drugs anywhere on the property
-No smoking is allowed anywhere in the chalet
-The chalet is only for the use of the persons registered to stay there and nobody else should be admitted to the chalet unless agreed by the management
-No pets are allowed
