Dimora Gioia consists of 4 rooms, two of which have been classified as suites. Surrounded by a spectacular garden and close to many of the most famous destinations in Tuscany, the rental villa is, in itself, an authentic piece of the history of Tuscany and is perfect both for a holiday dedicated to relaxation and exploration of the wonders of the region.

1 additional adult (or 2 children aged 3-12) can be hosted at an extra cost of 40 euro/night
Another apartment (up to 4 people) close to the Villa Fillinelle with a separate entrance could be quoted on request.

Exceptions: February: 2 nights – March: 3 nights

Guarantee for damages: a credit card will be required as a guarantee upon arrival.
Payment: 30% at the confirmation, 40% within 2 months before the arrival, 30% within 1 week before the arrival.
Penalty: all payments are non-refundable in case of cancellation.
