Overview

Villa La Genziana is a luxury Tuscany rental villa that is an ideal setting for reaching Umbria, the splendid Tuscan art cities like Cortona and Arezzo. The luxury rental villa near Arezzo was built in 1785 and in the next years it was enlarged and the bedrooms and lounge rooms were decorated by a famous local artist. The villa has its private swimming pool and it is surrounded by 25 hectares of land with century-old trees and so guests can admire the flora and fauna typical of Tuscany. A one-hectare rose garden encircles the villa. The swimming pool (6 mt by 12 mt and 1.5 mt deep) which has a stunning view, is located on the lower level and it is equipped with umbrellas, a gazebo with a table, chairs, sunbeds, and a shower. On request, you can enjoy the external Jacuzzi. The villa has a wifi connection. 

Details

The Palazzo is 500 sq mt. Many villa’s ceilings are frescoed and the furnishings are a mix of modern and antique pieces.
All of the bedrooms have AC and ensuite bathrooms.
