PAYMENT POLICY:
A 30% deposit is required in order to secure the reservation, which is payable upon confirmation.
Remaining balance shall be settled up to 49 days prior to scheduled arrival date.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
For cancellations up to 90 days prior to scheduled arrival date, no penalty fees apply.
For cancellations 89 to 50 days prior to scheduled arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable.
For cancellations 49 days or less prior to scheduled arrival date, early departure or no show, the total accommodation cost will be kept/charged as cancellation fee.
