Cancellation Policy

Guests who cancel at least 49 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount that they’ve paid. If they cancel between 48 and 42 days before check-in, they’ll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won’t get a refund. In case of a no-show, 100% of the total payment is required.

9-seater minivan policy

This service is complimentary for the entire duration of the stay at the villa. The minivan is available upon arrival at the villa and can be used throughout the stay. Therefore, please note that it does not cover transportation to and from the villa. However, we would be more than happy to assist in arranging transfers to and from the villa at an additional cost. **Age restriction: Please note that the complimentary minivan service is only available to drivers who are at least 25 years old. *** Α 300€ deposit in cash is required upon car pick-up as a guarantee for proper use. This amount will be refunded at check-out, provided the car has not incurred any damages
