Details

Inside, Villa Gerlandi has all the charm of luxury villas for holidays in Tuscany, finely furnished trying to harmonize the antique terracotta floors, exposed beams, the large fireplace, antique furniture with modern design pieces.
The villa consists of 9 double bedrooms with bathroom, all with 22 “Full HD TV, for a total of 18 guests plus 2 (two of the bedrooms are triples)
Of the 9 double rooms, in 7 the beds can be converted into two singles as needed.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower. The wi-fi connection covers all areas of the house. There is also a sitting room with a fireplace, 46-inch Full HD TV, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The whole villa is equipped with a cooling or underfloor heating system.
Main villa
Ground Floor: living room with fireplace, dining room for 20 people, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Mezzanine floor: laundry room, 2 double bedrooms (one of which with access to the outside of the villa) with a private bathroom with shower and satellite TV.
First Floor: 5 double bedrooms with bathroom with shower and satellite TV, and 2 of these rooms are “suites” (with another extra bed). 2 of the bedrooms have private access to the garden
Dependance: two double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and satellite TV.
In the annex, there is a wellness area with a hot tub for 6 people.
Exteriors
The garden offers a swimming pool with the possibility of heating the water for the evening. In the lounge area of the pool, there is a gazebo with a lounge, an outdoor table with chairs covered by a sail, for your breakfasts, lunches, or dinners outdoors.
