Security systems:
Alarm system is easy to activate/deactivate via cards;
– All main doors of the villa and guest rooms are equipped with electromagnetic security doors with an automatic locking system.
– The doors open and close without the need for keys but only with the use of tabs or personal codes.
– Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors
– Guards/locking posts with private bathrooms equipped with monitors for viewing cameras that overlook the entire outdoor area.
– CCTV cameras with 34 fixed and rotating external security cameras facing the entire complex with monitors available on request. Cameras can be deactivated to ensure absolute privacy.
Free cleaning service: provided on a daily basis, bed linen is changed twice a week, and towels once a day.
3 waste collection areas (and daily rubbish collection).

Extra cost

Compulsory extras
Security deposit of 20% of the total amount requested 2 weeks before check-in by bank transfer or pre-authorization by credit card on arrival. The deposit will be returned within 10 bank days of the tenant’s departure to the tenant’s account, provided that no damage or extra charges are incurred.

Events and parties with a specific number of participants are accepted at an additional cost of at least 1 day’s rental plus a deposit of at least 20,000 euros. The deposit will be returned within 10 days of the tenant’s departure, provided that no damage or extra expenses occur.
