The 4 bedrooms, each with private bathroom, will guarantee maximum privacy.The villa also has the 5th bathroom, connected to the living room by a glass corridor, to be used also as a changing room for those in the pool.This beautiful villa for holidays in southern Sicily has a land of 9.000 square meters where, once you arrive You will not resist the urge to immediately swim in the pool.For every excursion you’ll do in the nearby baroque cities, imagine the pleasure of returning home to enjoy the relaxation, comfort that this wonderful holiday location will give you.

Equipment

The prices include

Set of sheets (sheets and pillowcases), towel set (towel, face, guest, pool towel), bath mats, kitchen
cloths;
• Replacement of sheets, set of towels, mats, and tea towels (weekly/midweek) – extra change of bed
linen € 20.00/bed, set of towels € 20.00/pax;
• Energy consumption (water, gas, and electricity up to 600 Kwh/week – any energy surpluses over 600
Kwh / week will be charged at € 0.50 / kWh
• Complete cooking equipment (set of pots and pans, dishes and utensils, plates, cutlery, glasses, etc.);
• Welcome kit (extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, coffee, water, coca, Nutella, jam, milk, biscuits,
trash bags, toilet paper, washing machine, dishwasher detergent, hand, and body cleansers);
• Mid-week cleaning. Possible further complete cleaning € 200,00/each;
• Complete final cleaning and sanitizing;
• Weekly pool cleaning and sanitizing;
• Weekly garden and lawn maintenance;
• 24-hour telephone assistance;
• Wi-fi free and parking area;
• Possible children’s kit: cot, bathtub, and high chair.

Extra cost

A tourist tax of € 1.00per person, per day for adults over 12 years;
• Deposit of € 800/week (to be paid preferably in cash upon check-in) as a guaranteed amount that will be returned after verification of the villa. In case of payment by credit card, the refund of the amount paid will take place the week following departure;
• Beach umbrellas (umbrellas found in the villa cannot be used on the beach)
• Beach towels (pool towels cannot be brought out of the villa) – 2 €/pax/day

• In discontinuity with the past, pets are not allowed in the villas

Payments

• 30% deposit on confirmation
• Balance at least 45 days before arrival

– from September 24th 2022 to may 20th 2023, and from September 23rd 2023 to may 18th 2024 minimum reservations of 3 days are accepted;
– from may 20th 2023 to September 23rd, 2023, weekly bookings are accepted on Saturday/Saturday, however, special situations can also be assessed for bookings of 10/12 days to be
agreed with HIS;
– check-in is possible from 4 pm to 9 pm; any check-in after this time might have a charge of € 50

– every Saturday, usually from 8.30/to 9.00 am, the normal maintenance of swimming pools and lawns will be done

– the limit of energy availability wants to discourage the reckless use of those who leave the air conditioning on perpetually even if you are not present at home all day;
– it is very important to carry out the separate collection of waste and to expose it outside the villas in compliance with the rules laid down to avoid sanctions by the Municipality.

– Exceptionally, two persons can be added to the villa using a cot or cradle.

– Children up to 2 years do not pay (max 1/pax).

–  for 9 or 10 people, a fifth bedroom will be available.
