Just 50 meters from the sea, Villa Aghan, surrounded by a luxuriant garden adorned with citrus groves, palm trees, chicas groves, succulents, is also very close to the center of Sorrento (approx. 1.5 km) in about 15 minutes on foot. The location is ideal for those who want to visit the most evocative places that the Sorrento peninsula offers: the islands of Capri, Ischia, and Procida, the beauties of the Amalfi Coast, places of historical interest such as Pompeii and Herculaneum, the volcano Vesuvius and last but not least the wonderful city of Naples.

Details

The holiday villa between Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast consists of two residential units, one part with two double bedrooms (or with single beds) each with an en-suite bathroom and a living room with a kitchen and dining table that can accommodate 4 people. The other part has two other double bedrooms (or with single beds) and related bathrooms. This area can accommodate 4+1 guests. The floors are in Vietri majolica while all the furniture has been designed and made by local artisans.
In the garden, there is a pergola that covers a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a fridge, ice maker, a dining table for 8 people, and a steel barbecue
Then also in the garden a large solarium with sun loungers and umbrellas and a spacious mini hydromassage pool for 8 people.
This splendid villa for rent can accommodate up to 9 people thanks to the addition of a cot in one of the bedrooms.

Each room has 1 double bed (with sheets and pillowcases) 180cm x 200cm or 2 single beds 90x200cm, latex mattresses, linen, soundproof glass, air conditioning, heating, bathroom with shower, bidet, magnifying mirror, hairdryer, toilet paper, towels, shampoo, shower gel and soap, Smart TV, safe, mini bar (only in the Splendor Garden Room). Only one room can accommodate an extra cot.

The prices include

Extra cost

CONDITIONS:
Payment: 50% upon confirmed booking, balance 50% 30 days before Check-in by bank transfer.
Security deposit: € 1,000.00 in cash on the day of Check-in or credit card details (no American Express).
The tourist tax is not included.
CANCELLATIONS:
50% penalty for cancellations up to 30 days prior to Check-in.
From the 29th day onwards and no-show, the entire stay will be charged.
