The villa has a wonderful sea view and thanks to its swimming pool and furnished terraces you can enjoy the view in absolute relaxation. This is one of the most modern luxury villas in Sicily for rent since it was built just in 2022. The style chosen for its interiors reflects the sobriety of the exterior lines: a contemporary design sober and bright both in the main body and in the two dependencies.

A few hundred meters from the villa is the wonderful sea of Plemmirio, a few minutes by car instead the historic center of Ortigia.
