The living area of this holiday villa for rent on Garda Lake has a living room and dining room, with rich original Venetian floors and old fireplaces. There is also a piano and a billiard room. From the living rooms and the kitchen, guests can have the pleasure to admire a breathless panorama of Lake Garda. The luxury villa for rent on Lake Garda holds 4 double bedrooms, all restored maintaining the original furniture styled by the designer who counted the famous villa of the Italian Poet, Gabriele D’Annunzio, among his work, everyone with TV and private bathroom, offering room for six adults. Two bedrooms have a terrace and lake view. Outside, hosts can enjoy meals under the shade of a large umbrella. Clients may relax in the heated jacuzzi, capable of 6 to 8 people,  while observing the unique panorama lake that the position of the luxurious villa holds. For dining, a barbecue with wood is available.

Good to know

Villa Ametrani hosts 8 people: 4 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and 2 extra single beds can be add for a total of 10 people.
Check-in: from 3pm to 8pm (time of arrival has to be communicated at least 7 days prior arrival)
Check-out: from 8am to 10am.
Deposit: €1.500 to be paid upon arrival with credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express)
and it will be returned at the end of the stay

Pets
Pets are allowed, but no more than 2, and a supplement of €100.00 per pet will be charged for
cleaning costs.
An additional deposit of €500.00 per animal is required.

Payment
Deposit: 30% of the stay to be paid in order to guarantee the reservation by credit card or bank
transfer.
Balance: 70% to be paid within 45 days of the arrival date by credit card or bank transfer

Cancellation Policies
It will be possible to cancel the reservation without prejudice to the loss of the deposits paid.
Cancellations or requests for changes to the reduction of the stay, made within 45 days of the
arrival date, will result in the loss of the entire amount paid.
Early departure does not give any right to a refund of the remaining paid stay.
In the unlikely event that the owner needs to cancel the booking, all payments will be refunded in
full.

Getting around Culture and Events Villa Ametrani holiday property is situated in a particular place to reach easily history location of interest, culture, and entertainment. Gardone Riviera, i is the “garden city” that has the Vittoriale degli Italiani, the historic home and museum of the poet and writer Gabriele D’Annunzio, who spent there the last years of his life. Its outdoor theatre gives a unique list of spectacles in the summertime.
