The Historic villa palace is located in a splendid square in the historic center of a city in the south of Puglia, in the heart of Salento, and opens onto a wonderful internal courtyard. The building covers a total area of 600 m2 on two floors which can also be divided into four independent units if necessary.
The Palazzo can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people in four welcoming double bedrooms and two large triple bedrooms. There are six bathrooms in total.
The property offers large spaces for relaxation, a large dining room, and a splendid living room, the modern dining table can accommodate up to 16 people and has a splendid view of the garden. The property includes several modern and fully equipped kitchens.
Outside, there is a delightful outdoor patio which is perfect for outdoor dining. The garden includes a splendid, long swimming pool. The swimming pool area is equipped with deck chairs and sun loungers on a wooden deck.
There are also two additional bedrooms contained within the property which can be used as staff accommodation or for children if required. In addition, for larger groups, there is an extra penthouse consisting of two bedrooms with a private bathroom that can accommodate up to 4 people which can be rented at an additional price.
