Villa Betta, a holiday villa with a pool in western Sicily for rent, is a contemporary villa with big bright interiors and many indoor and outdoor living areas. French doors and large windows open to a wonderful garden that smells of lemon trees, where a swimming pool and loungers suggest long, lazy days in the sunshine. The many services include air-conditioning, satellite television, and ensuite bathrooms throughout. The holiday Villa is located within ten minutes drive to Selinunte, an ancient Greek colony overlooking the Mediterranean just one of Sicily’s most beautiful archeological sites – situated on one of the island’s best beaches.

One Level
The entering hall access introduces you to the living/dining area with a fireplace. Equipped kitchen with French doors Which leads out to a loggia for shaded fresh dining with a built-in barbecue. A second loggia with a sitting area watches the swimming pool. Three double bedrooms, everyone with an ensuite bathroom with shower. Twin bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower. Grounds A beautiful lawn with palm and olive trees. The swimming pool, 6 x 11m/19 x 35 feet, is set in the garden about 10m/35 feet from the villa.

ADDITIONAL COSTS (for this purpose a credit card will be required as a guarantee)
– Extra use of electricity: exceeding 200 kW per week € 0.40 per kW; – Extra cleaning of the villa: € 16.00 per hour;
– Extra linen change: one-bed linen set = € 12.00 / two bathroom sets = € 12.00;
– Refund for intervention for occlusion of drains due to misuse (cooking oil should not be thrown into the sink; only moderate quantities of toilet paper are allowed in the toilets);
– Late check-in before 11.00 pm: € 100.00. After 11.00 pm access to the villa will not be allowed, postponed to the following morning;
– Late check-out before 19.00: € 400.00
-Check-in: from 4 pm to 7 pm on Saturday. Late check-in between 7 to 11 pm euro 100,00. After 11 pm it’s not allowed.
– In case of non-delivery of pool towels, € 25.00 each will be charged;
EXTRA: hatha yoga/ chef in villa/massage in villa/beautician’s services: manicure, pedicure…
Good to know
Air conditioning is only in bedrooms
Deposit: 1000 euros to be handed before arrival and sent within 10 days before arrival or can be withheld by the agency, together with the balance which will be informed within 24 hours if there has been damage.
* Package of basic hygiene
Each bathroom is equipped with: soaps for hands, and 2 rolls of toilet paper. The kitchen is equipped with: a roll of paper towels, a pack of garbage bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and sponges.
** Basic package for the reception
The amount necessary for breakfast on the first day: sugar, coffee, and 2 bottles of mineral water.
Check-in: from 4 pm to 7 pm on Saturday. Late check-in before 11 pm (see Additional costs)
Check-out: by 10 am on the following Saturday.
