Inside
Now old mill rooms have been converted into intimate and luxurious quiet living rooms, full of warmth and welcome: the old stable on the ground floor is now the dining room where we can admire the vaulted ceiling, the stonework, and other traditional workmanship.
The large kitchen, the entry hall with its big window onto the garden, bringing it inside, the study, and a powder room follow the same rustic but elegant style. How can imagine a rustic simple villa without stone fireplaces once so indispensable, able to warm hearts and tell memories of family gatherings, old stories, and friendly conversations…
On the upper floor of the rental villa are five double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Three rooms with views to the hills and the valley and two looks opposite over the brook and the garden.  One of them is a large master suite with a sitting room.
Furnishings have been carefully and patiently selected during the work of restoration to offer the best in comfort and luxury, with old furniture and rare decorative objects. Nothing has been left to chance. Bathrooms are luxurious, with showers. If you are looking for elegance this villa will fit you perfectly.
Outside
The big garden is filled with potted lemons, olive trees, pines, camellias, wisteria, roses, lavender, rosemary, and fruit trees, all forming a splendid frame to the swimming pool.
This is the place where conversations will become relaxing quiet moments under the gazebo, enjoyed by the pool or under the natural pergola of the wisteria, or dining silently in the place of your choice.
