Terms and conditions
Reservation confirmation:
To confirm the reservation, we ask for a deposit of 50% of the total amount. The final payment of 50% must be received no less than 60 days before arrival.
The deposit can be paid by bank transfer.
A security deposit of € 1.000 is required to be paid 2 weeks before your arrival. Payment can be made via credit card. The deposit will be returned 7 days after check out. Any damage or loss to the property will be deducted from the deposit.
Cancellation policy:
60 days before arrival: 50% refund of the deposit
less than 60 days before your arrival: no refunds
