Ground floor – The luxury  Villa is composed by the ground floor where you find the entering door, the living room with fireplace, the dining area, the reading/study area, and the entertainment area containing a 54″ flat-screen satellite TV (sky channels service) and home theatre sound system, DVD and CD players.  A door in the living room will guide the guests toward the 5 bedrooms and 5 baths each room holds a wardrobe, air conditioning, and a TV 28″ Cd/DVD player, private terrace.  Each bathroom includes a shower and hairdryer. The dining area leads to a utility room where we find the ice machine, the tea and coffee makers, a cupboard containing dishware, silverware, and glassware; and finally into the kitchen which is equipped with a 6-burner stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher.

Payment Terms:
3-day hold (the owner will hold your booking request for 3 days, during which 50% of the total sum must be paid).
Balance is due 120 days before arrival at the villa. For reservations within 120 days before arrival, the total amount is due at the reservation time.
The extra payment at the villa is possible only by cash. Credit cards or cheques are not accepted
Deposit:
A security deposit of 1500.00 € cash on arrival to cover any possible damage incurred during the stay is required upon arrival and will be returned upon departure once conditions are ascertained.
(If damage is verified the owner reserves the right to keep the deposit and return any difference via wire transfer).
Cancellation:
The initial 50% deposit will be kept in case of cancellation before full payment.
If the balance is not paid, the reservation will be canceled and the initial deposit will be kept.
In case of cancellation 90 days or less before arrival the entire sum (100%) will be kept
