We offer our guests (with a valid driving license for at least a year) a manual small car (group A) as an additional amenity. This service is complimentary for the entire stay at the villa. Additionally, we provide free car pick-up and drop-off from Chania Airport. (for other destinations, there is an additional charge.) * If you would like to upgrade to a higher car category, you can do so by paying an additional fee. ** Simple car insurance is included (you can upgrade to full insurance at an

Payment Policy
30% deposit on booking creation
70% balance 56 days ahead of arrival

Cancelation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 57 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount that they’ve paid. If they cancel between 42 and 55 days before check-in, they’ll get back 50%.

From 41 days before arrival, guests pay 100% as a cancellation penalty

If the client decides to check out earlier than the official departure date, he will be charged for the whole stay.
