The holiday villa is located in that part of Sicily where nature gifts all its beauty. All natural elements: the wind, the sun, the sea, the earth, and the sky strike our imagination with their unique colors. This place is full of history back thousands of years and of intense Mediterranean beauty all immersed in a wonderful light.
The luxury holiday resort villa La Baronia is located in a garden of palm trees.
The farmhouse holiday rental, which was in the past made up of stables and warehouses for storing wheat and citrus fruit, has been renewed by retreating original elements and materials to keep intact its traditional charm. The furniture and colors of each room create a Mediterranean style. A wide library with Italian and foreign language books is available for guests. The holiday villa is magic in the cold season as well because of a fireplace able to give the lounge a cozy and comfortable place to live. The dining area looks at the garden where in summertime dinner is served by candlelight.
One of the dependence is a little railway station built around 1900 and has been restored and changed into an independent area with a huge living area with a fireplace and kitchen going out to the terrace. On the first floor, there are two en-suite bedrooms. The property is equipped with all comforts including air-conditioning and TV.
The other was an old “structure” in gypsum and stone; Now is a holiday accommodation where modern and old styles live beautifully.
Stones, cement, and gypsum are the materials used to restore it.
The house is immersed in olive trees showing the shadows of their branches in the swimming pool; the terrace holds a rare panorama.
On the ground floor, are two en-suite bedrooms, the living, and the kitchen; on the first floor, is a wonderful twin room.
