Set in a solitary and not so famous area of Tuscany, far crowds of tourists, Villa Leucci, this holiday villa with a pool near Pisa, is perfectly pretty situated in a particularly wonderful, landscape cultivated with olive groves, vines, fields of wheat and sunflowers and woodlands lives of wild boars, porcupines, foxes, and deer. The holiday property Villa is not too far from the old towns of San Gimignano and Volterra. Lands of  The Etruscans, Longobards, the seafaring Republic of Pisa, the Templars, and the noble families of the Grand Duchy of Tuscany have all left their traces. Villa Leucci, a luxury villa for rent in Tuscany, is an old  1800 Tuscan farmhouse transformed with care and love in each element and detail by the owners. The original features such as the terra cotta flooring, chestnut wooden beams, and stone walls live together in harmony with the modern restoration offering comforts. The Villa can hosts up to 11 persons.

Inside
A completely equipped kitchen with different modern elements and practical cupboard, a well-furnished living room with a big table, sofas, armchairs, and satellite TV, an enormous lounge embellished by an old rustic fireplace, with sofas all around, armchairs and satellite TV; a bathroom equipped for the disabled; a double bedroom (or twin beds) with satellite TV and en suite bathroom with shower. The kitchen and living room on the ground floor lie out to a shaded porch by a romantic iron pergola where you can enjoy your meals and your holiday in relaxation.
The holiday Villa holds underfloor central heating and air conditioning which can be fixed as required in each room and a central sound system with speakers in every single room, alarm, safe, and telephone.
A staircase guide to the first floor and the bedrooms:
2 doubles (or twin beds, which can be changed into triples), 1 double bedroom (a single bed can be placed in this room) everyone with an en suite bathroom with shower, an open fireplace, satellite TV, and a built-in cupboard. A spiral staircase goes to the “dovecote”, a tower converted into a particular lounge gifting a 360° panoramic panorama of the landscape.
Outside
The grounds offer different leisure facilities: you will have a little rustic-style hut open on 3 sides equipped for having meals and a barbecue, a  swimming pool, with the hydro-massage zone.
Three sides of the pool are decorated with flowers and the fourth with a small waterfall where the water is not deep, perfect for children; A sun beds solarium, chairs and small tables for those who prefer to stay in the sunshine; an iron shaded gazebo with sofas and armchairs. The luxury Villa is embraced by an enormous garden, full of typical Tuscan flora, and Mediterranean hedges to gift complete privacy and a  car park.
