Overview
Villa Levanzo is a perfect holiday villa located in Western Sicily, in a dream location. This villa for rent facing the sea overlooks the Egadi Islands on the horizon and at sunset is an ideal location to enjoy one of the most beautiful views in Sicily.
The villa is a few meters from the sea and near an ancient 16th-century watchtower. Entering the property you find yourself in its park, more than one hectare large, with its paths leading to the main house and the two annexes.
An avenue of agaves and palm trees leads at the end of the garden to the splendid and huge swimming pool (19 meters X 9 meters, infinity, salt, and whirlpool) which has an elegant solarium and a Gim area, the equipped gym, and showers with chromotherapy and a comfortable porch to relax in the shade between a swim and a training session or a massage.
The main unit has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with chromotherapy shower, a kitchen, a mix of ancient elements with minimalist lines, and a spacious living room; on the terrace a Jacuzzi overlooking the sea and the sunset. Not far away, the first annex with double bedroom, a bathroom with shower with chromotherapy, living room with kitchen and a sofa bed.
Finally, the second annex with a living room, a double bedroom, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower with chromotherapy, and finally a sofa bed.
The sea is in front, with rocky access but if you prefer the sandy beach, the closest is about 300 meters away.
