INTERIOR

Elegantly refurbished, this classic Lake Como villa exudes a modern flair. It offers 5+1 bedrooms, five contemporary bathrooms, a guest restroom, and a fully equipped semi-professional kitchen, blending sophistication and comfort seamlessly.

One of its most remarkable aspects is the historic dining area from the 14th century, featuring a 5-meter-long table, perfect for wine tastings and gatherings.

The wine cellar, built into the natural mountain rock, offers a naturally cool environment and is beautifully showcased behind glass, with illuminated stones creating a captivating atmosphere.

A large fireplace and cozy lounge area make it a space you’ll want to linger in. Every detail, from the cushions to the toaster, has been thoughtfully selected for quality.

On the second floor, a living room outfitted with a wood-burning fireplace invites guests to unwind and take in the views.

EXTERIOR

Take in the two gardens and terraces or relax on the large balcony that offers an unobstructed view of the lake. The lakeside garden features a private pool, breathtaking views of the lake, a sizable concrete dining table that accommodates 18 people, and sun loungers from Cane-Line. Enjoy meals and wine against a picturesque lakeside backdrop, complete with an outdoor BBQ/kitchen area.

The dining setup, outdoor Morsø gas BBQ, Weber charcoal BBQ, garden, and villa are all beautifully illuminated at night, with all lighting designed by an Italian designer.

The mountainside garden serves as a private oasis with lounge furniture. This garden also provides direct access to the three side garden rooms and the prosecco bar/winter garden, offering another stunning view of the lake. The mountainside garden is also lit up at night.
