Overview
Villa Major is a beautiful villa with a pool in Sardinia that offers guests a stay full of style and comfort. Listed as one of the 50 Best Villas in the Mediterranean by the Sunday Times in February 2017, Villa Major is a very elegant villa for rent where to live a fantastic holiday!
There are 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a variety of living areas, and 800sqm of walled gardens. The villa also offers access to a small private, gated beach (shared between just 14 houses on the street) just 100 meters from the front door.
Details
INSIDE
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric fan oven, gas hob, kettle, etc.. There is a dining table for up to 6 people as well as an extendable dining table that can comfortably seat 12-14 people.
The main living room is around the open fireplace and has seating for 8 people, and there are also 4 super comfy beanbags for additional seating. The TV is located under the stairs and offers a quiet corner with a TV and X-box on which you can watch the large library of DVDs we provide or play one of the games.
Also downstairs there are two twin bedrooms which share a modern shower room. One bedroom has double doors to the back garden and the other has double doors to a private covered terrace.
UPSTAIRS
The first floor offers a small living area with access to a large balcony and a master bedroom with access to the same balcony. There are also two other double bedrooms and two luxury bathrooms, both with large walk-in showers and double sinks.
OUTSIDE
The 800sqm of the garden is fully fenced in making it safe for children of all ages and boasts a private swimming pool (8x4x1.25m) and a huge wooden pool deck. The swimming pool is fitted with a pool alarm to give guests with small children additional peace of mind.
There is a covered living area near the pool which offers a sofa and armchairs, a perfect spot for relaxing.
There is a separate laundry room in the garden with a washing machine and an additional full-sized fridge/freezer
