This fantastic Holiday villa is situated in the tranquil countryside near Siena, in the heart of Tuscany. This villa rental is furnished in a dream shabby chic style. Choosing this luxury villa for your Italian holiday means being close to many charming and tourist locations in Tuscany and Umbria too. You can easily reach Siena, Pienza, Montalcino, Montepulciano, Assisi, Todi or Orvieto within one hour.
Outside
The pool outside is fenced for children’s safety, has a 0 – 1.20 – 2.00 mt depth, and deckchairs; it can be heated if requested, paying the GPL consumption: 4 euro / m^3 (it must be activated at least two days before the time it’s asked for). The holiday villa garden surrounds the villa, and you can walk in nature. You can sit and relax in many places outside, the holiday also has a beautiful pergola, where you can eat breakfast or meals. There are also armchairs with little tables.

1 suite with a double bedroom with two single beds 90×200 bedrooms beside; shared bathroom with shower.
First floor: after the wonderful staircase, a large living room, two double bedrooms with en suite bathroom, one with shower, one with bathtub. On this floor, there is also a splendid panoramic terrace.

Air conditioning in the whole house, fan coil heating, washing machine, 3 safety deposit boxes, barbecue, internet wi-fi or cable in each room, 2 tvs with satellite channels, DVD player, VHS player, with VHS for children, dock station, 1 working fireplace (groundfloor), cellar box for wine and beers.
