Overview

Villa Petrosa is an old country house from the first half of the nineteenth century, located in the Scopello area which, thanks to its coast and sea, has been classified by the European Community as a Site of Community Interest and a Special Protection Area. This charming villa for rent in the Trapani area was built in local stone and is surrounded by more than 40,000 square meters of land. Recently renovated, albeit using old materials and leaving its original structure unaltered, this delightful villa for rent for holidays in Sicily is equipped with all modern comforts. From every side of the house, you can enjoy a pleasant view: from the mountains to the seat furthermore, for the total enjoyment of guests, there is a panoramic veranda ideal for outdoor living and evenings by the pool.

Details

Villa Petrosa is on two levels and can accommodate up to 12 people, for a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
The ground floor, which houses the living area, consists of a large light-colored living room with direct access to the garden and the living room consisting of a dining area with a beautiful solid briarwood table.
Then a fully equipped modern steel kitchen.
Then with entrance from the hallway and placed in the kitchen, there is a shared bathroom covered in raw marble.
In the opposite area, the only bedroom on the ground floor, equipped with a modern double bed and a single bed, which can be transformed into a triple room if necessary. The room is air-conditioned, has a private bathroom, and has access to the garden.
Upstairs: four bedrooms, all characterized.
The first two double bedrooms have a small balcony with sea, pool and countryside views.
The third bedroom has two single beds which can be transformed into a double bed.
Along the corridor, we find a shared bathroom with a shower.
The fourth bedroom with a double bed can also become a triple by adding a single bed. The room has a private bathroom.
The property enjoys a large natural garden between rocks and vegetation of about 40,000 square meters
The outdoor spaces include a beautiful private illuminated swimming pool, an outdoor dining table sheltered by a wooden pergola, a barbecue corner, a large open space where you can park.

Good to know

Min. stay: 5 nights. From 12/07 to 22/08 min. stay 7 nights. Arrival/departure any day. All utilities included. Tourist tax: €1,50 per person per night. PETS NOT ALLOWED.

Extra costs not included in the price must be paid on-site upon arrival in cash. Credit cards are not accepted.
The Breakage Deposit is required upon arrival in cash and will be returned at the end of the stay if no damages occur.
No restrictions to arriving on Saturday only. Arrival/Departure on any day of the week and in any period.
A late check-in Fee of Euro 20 is applied for check-in after 9 pm. The amount must be paid on-site.
Minimum stay in low and mid season 5 days. Minimum stay in high season 7 days.
An extra change in towels and bed linen must be required with the booking. Extra towels Eur 5 a head. Extra bed linen change € 10 a bed.
The rates during the season’s holidays as Easter, Christmas and New Year’s Eve are referred to the MID-SEASON price
