The villa for rent for holidays in Puglia is surrounded by about one hectare of olive and almond trees and enjoys a sea view from the roof. The house consists of a large living room with a comfortable dining room, 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms.
One of the bedrooms is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, with a tub and double shower.
The master bedroom has its own veranda, with an external bathroom, and a private garden with an external shower.
There are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The bathroom is shared. Downstairs there is a cinema room.

Reservation confirmation:

To confirm the reservation, we ask for a deposit of 50% of the total amount. The final payment of 50% must be received no less than 60 days before arrival.

The deposit can be paid by bank transfer.

A security deposit of € 1.000 is required to be paid 1 week before your arrival. The deposit will be returned 7 days after check out. Any damage or loss to the property will be deducted from the deposit.

Cancellation policy:

60 days before arrival: 50% refund of the deposit

less than 60 days before your arrival: no refunds
