The holiday Villa in Northern Italian Lakes for rent is situated in a fantastic area. Located on the western coast of the lake of Garda, it has a rare view of the lake. The villa consists of three large master bedrooms all organized with each comfort, and attention to detail, with a Plasma screen television and air conditioning. An atmosphere of complete quietness and elegance offers a comfortable and welcoming residence. Behind the villa  there is a large, equipped kitchen that could satisfy even the most refined palate.  A private spa,  with every comfort, makes the residence complete. The large Jacuzzi and sauna are the most welcoming and perfect places of relaxation, magically embracing our guests in an area dedicated to total well-being and all facing towards the magnificent view of the lake.

Minimum Stay
From January 4th to May 30th & from September 27th to December 19th: 3 nights
From April 19th to April 25th : 7 nights, Saturday/Saturday
From May 31th to September 26th : 7 nights, Saturday/Saturday
From December 20th to January 09th 2026: 7 nights
General Terms
Villa Salvini hosts 6 people: 3 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and 2 extra single beds
can be added for a total of 8 people.
Check-in: from 3pm to 8pm (time of arrival has to be communicated at least 7 days prior arrival)
Check-out: from 8am to 10am.
Deposit: €1.500 to be paid upon arrival with credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express)
and it will be returned at the end of the stay
Cancellation Policies
It will be possible to cancel the reservation without prejudice to the loss of the deposits paid.
Cancellations or requests for changes to the reduction of the stay, made within 45 days of the arrival date, will result in the loss of the entire amount paid.
Early departure does not give any right to a refund of the remaining paid stay.
If the owner needs to cancel the booking, all payments will be refunded in full.

Pets are allowed, but no more than 2, and a supplement of €100.00 per pet will be charged for cleaning costs.
An additional deposit of €500.00 per animal is required.

Payment
Deposit: 30% of the stay to be paid in order to guarantee the reservation by credit card or bank transfer.
Balance: 70% to be paid within 49 days of the arrival date by credit card or bank transfer
