•Full gardening and pool cleaning service
•Pool heating included at a standard temperature on request in peak season only.In high season it is not included and it is based upon consumption. Pool heating not available in mid season.
•Weekly linen and pool towels change if guests stay for 2 consecutive weeks or more
•Change of bathroom towels twice per week.
•15% discount on the nearest Golf green fees and 5% discount on Golf Shop
•Final cleaning
•Welcome hamper with Nespresso Capsules and Estate products (please consider that the villa is self-catered but we are glad to include an initial provision of bottled water, coffee powder, tea, sugar, cooking and table salt, olive oil and coffee capsules upon arrival).

Good to know

•Minimum stay in peak season:1week (from Saturday to Saturday–except for last minutes).
•Minimum stay and daily prices on request for other seasons.
•All the utilities are included in the rental price including heating of the pool if requested in July and August.
•High speed Wi-Fi internet access through out villa, garden and pool area. No password needed. Choose to connect your device to the closest access point for better reception.
•The pool will be cleaned in the mornings between 6.00 am and 8.00am, while the gardeners will come twice a week for grass cutting and ordinary maintenance works.

•Bathroom towels are changed every three days or if they are left on the floor.
•For stays of more than one week linen and pool towels are changed weekly or more often, if needed at an extra cost.
•The welcoming service is intended for key collecting and brief explanation of the villa.
•Check out time is 10 am.
•smoking is not permitted in any bedrooms of the houses.
