Details

The villa consists of a main building divided into two levels along with an annex. Elegant tiled floors and tasteful furnishings throughout the villa contribute to an atmosphere of peace and tranquility. Covering an area of 350 square meters and accommodating up to 11 guests, the property features a stylishly decorated lounge, a dining area for 12, and SAT TV. Guests can also access a private terrace overlooking the sea, complete with a table and chairs. Additionally, there is one fully equipped kitchen.

Bedroom 1 with ensuite bathroom: Features a king-size bed, TV, safe, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, and access through French doors to a private terrace with a sea view.

Bedroom 2 with ensuite bathroom: Equipped with a king-size bed, TV, safe, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, and access through French doors to a private terrace with a sea view.

Bedroom 3 with ensuite bathroom (master bedroom): Boasts a king-size bed, TV, safe, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, hot tub, and features a double sofa bed (better suited for two children or one adult), with access through French doors to a private terrace overlooking the sea.
Bathroom 3: Contains a shower, toilet, double sink, bidet, and hairdryer.
Annex
