Villa Terra Nobile is an exclusive villa with a pool in Sicily for rent, situated on a cliff overlooking the sea.
But within walking distance, guests of this charming luxury villa in Sicily for rent will still find a beach. The villa is located at the extreme southern end of Sicily.

Direct sea-view terraces and a swimming pool provide the ideal setting for truly exceptional days.
Between a light lunch on the veranda and a snack of fresh Sicilian fruit, you can walk to the sea by taking a sunny short path along the property.
The landscape around the villa has been deliberately left natural, allowing wild Mediterranean plants to grow.
Inside, the villa has been furnished in a modern, fresh style.
The main villa, is on two levels, with a large and comfortable spacious living room, kitchen, and bathroom, on the ground floor. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms are all on the second floor.
Next to the villa, there is an annex with its own entrance with a small living room and kitchenette, two additional bedrooms, and a bathroom.
