This large villa for rent in Umbria is located on a hill, in a dominant position over the entire Tiber valley with breathtaking views. This ancient castle for rent in Umbria also has a church dating back to the 11th century and has been transformed into a wonderful villa for rent in Umbria with a private infinity pool that is part of the Umbrian countryside.

This Umbria villa for holidays is suitable for families and groups of friends has large spaces, from large gardens to comfortable 10 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms (6 of which in the main unit and 4 in the attached manor house).

The floors are in terracotta, and the ceilings have frescoes dating back to the thirteenth century, the stairs are in travertine marble but the taste of the interior designers has created a mix of ancient and modern elements.

Adjacent to the dining room of the villa is a medieval church embellished with ancient frescoes, an exceptional location for celebrating weddings and special events. On the other side of the garden is the annex which houses the remaining 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, and an elegant living room overlooking the terrace covered by a wooden pergola, ideal for romantic and contemplative moments.

The prices include

All the utilities (electricity, water, villa heating).
Unlimited use of Wi-Fi internet access.
Concierge Service from 9am to 7pm. Available for emergencies out of hours.
Maid Service is provided in a time frame between 10am and 1pm every day.The total length of the service cannot be determined in advance as it depends on how many maids are servicing at the same time. Maid service includes cleaning of bedrooms and bathrooms and a quick cleaning of the kitchen. Deeper cleaning for longer stays is provided once a week. Extra maid service is available on request at an extra charge, as indicated in our Service Book.
Full gardening and pool cleaning service.
Pool heating is not included, and price is based upon consumption if requested. Pool heating is not available from November to April, subject to weather conditions.
Weekly linen and pool towel change if guests stay for 2 consecutive weeks or more.
Change of bathroom towels twice per week.
Shuttle service to/from the Estate restaurant Il Caldaro (available every day for dinner time prior reservation) for up to 8 people maximum. Multiple round trips per villa are NOT available.
15% discount on the nearest Golf green fees and 5% discount on Golf Shop.
Final cleaning.
Welcome hamper with Nespresso Capsules and Estate products (please consider that the villa is self-catered, but we are glad to include an initial provision of bottled water, coffee powder, tea, sugar, cooking and table salt, olive oil and coffee capsules upon arrival). Pre-stocking service available on request at an extra cost.
Soaps, shampoos, body lotion and shower caps in every bathroom.
Dish soap, paper towels, dishwasher tables and washing up liquid provision

Good to know

Minimum stay in peak season: 1 week (from Saturday to Saturday – except for last minutes).
Minimum stay and daily prices on request for other seasons.
The welcoming service is intended for key collection and explanation of the villas. Please note that we cannot grant multiple welcoming services for the same group.
Weddings, parties or events at Villa: The maximum number of guests allowed is 55. Prices are upon request.
It is preferable to explore the Estate on foot or by bike. Should you wish to move around the Estate by car, ask your Concierge for a transfer within the Estate.
Check-in time is from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to villa availability on the relevant day, to be confirmed with the Concierge Office.
Late check-in after 8pm should be communicated in advance and will be charged a fee of 150 Euro. In any case we cannot provide a check in after midnight.
Check-out is by 10:00 am.
