We will activate the heat pump on request and only from 4 May to 12 October. The guaranteed temperature
is 26/28 °C. The service charge is € 800 per week. The pool will however remain open all year.

Bookings from Saturday to Saturday, except for long stays (+ 3 weeks). Flexibility from the last week of October to the last week of March.

Check-in after 03.30 pm | Check-out before 10.00 am.

Pets:
Pets are allowed. The house is prepared to accommodate animals of different sizes. The entire property is fenced (approx. 8,000 m2). Our four-legged guests will find a kennel, two metal bowls and a set of towels for them. Also this year we chose not to add a charge for extra cleaning needed.

Possibility of adding 2 extra beds in the living room of the suite, a passage room between the bedroom
and the bathroom. Supplement of 600 euros per week for each additional bed.

Bookings from Saturday to Saturday, except for long stays (+ 3 weeks). Flexibility from the first
week of October to the last week of April. Check-in 04.00pm-08.00pm | Check-out before
10.00am. However, the hours are flexible if the client needs it.

Accessibility of the house:
The property is ideal for people with mobility problems. There are no steps downstairs, the spaces
are spacious and one of the two bedrooms on the ground floor has a bathroom equipped to accommodate
wheelchair users.

Sustainable choices:
We care deeply about respecting the environment. That is why we have made purposeful choices and wish to grow in protecting and respecting planet Earth.
No fertilizers or herbicides are used on the property. We use solar panels for water heating and heat pumps for pool heating. Interior furnishings are mainly made of natural materials. Almost all cleaning products are environmentally friendly and completely biodegradable. The paper we use is recycled. We are equipped with recycling bins according to the guidelines of the municipality.
Finally, we have an aromatic garden that not only can be used for cooking but also hosts butterflies and bees that benefit from their presence.

For the pool, we have a water heating system calibrated to the outdoor temperature; this means that if the outdoor temperature is very low, the pool water cannot reach high temperatures.
We activate the heat pump from the beginning of May to the end of September. During this period, the guaranteed temperature is 28°C. The service for this time of year is now included. From the beginning of October to the end of April we can activate them on request and the cost is 800 € per week, but the temperature is not guaranteed. However, the pool will remain open all year round. Payment can be made in cash upon arrival at the villa.
