Casa Zagara, an elegant villa for rent in the Aeolian Islands, has interiors with attention to detail, with special attention to color variations and local and Sicilian tradition in the colors of the rooms, furniture, and fabrics.
Located in a quiet and secluded spot, a stone’s throw from one of Lipari’s most beautiful beaches, Casa Zagara is flooded with light at all hours of the day and enjoys a truly amazing view of the sea and the Aeolian Islands. It overlooks an enchanting Mediterranean garden, filled with centuries-old citrus, prickly pear, fragrant lavender, and Mediterranean plants.

Details

Casa Zagara is structured on two floors.
On the ground floor, we have a large living room that opens to the garden through a glass door, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, an ante-bathroom, and a guest bathroom.
On the ground floor, we also find an outdoor terrace equipped with a sitting area and comfortable dining area overlooking the garden. The upper floor is accessed via a beautiful old Sicilian stone staircase, and here we find a room with a double bed and private access to a terrace overlooking the sea and garden and a second room with two single beds. From the upstairs terrace, there is access to a third outside room with a bunk bed, from which there is an absolutely unique view.

The outdoor spaces are finely equipped with tables and comfortable chairs for enjoying the view and the garden; the house has a babecue and an outdoor shower with hot water, a fully equipped laundry room, and an antique collection tank.
