Inside, the spaces are bright and expansive, with large openings overlooking the gentle surrounding hills. On the ground floor, there is the living area, which includes a dining room and a large fully equipped kitchen, as well as a master bedroom with a bathroom. On the upper floor, there are three more master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The villa is surrounded by a vast garden with a pool and private parking, making it ideal for a relaxing and private stay. For larger groups, there is the option to add the adjacent Cottage Zanobi, which can accommodate an additional 4 guests.

Terms of payment
30% of the total amount is due as a deposit at the booking confirmation.
A balance of 70% to be settled 56 days before arrival.

Cancellation policy
From confirmation to 56 days before arrival date: 70% of reserved services can be canceled without penalties, and the first deposit of 30% can be used as a voucher for a future stay during the year following the cancellation day.
If the reservation is canceled 56 days or less days before arrival, a penalty equivalent to 100% of the total rental amount will be charged. No-show, late arrival, and early departure will be billed for the entire reserved stay.

From May 15th to September 15th, 2025 – All villas require a minimum stay of 5 nights.
From January 1st to May 14th, 2025 / From September 16th to December 31st, 2025 – All villas require a minimum stay of 3 nights.
